The "Blue Goat" is a 4 year old mountain goat that lost his way when pappa goat and momma goat decided it was time for change. Poor Blue Goat had to pack his bags and move to the bright lights of the city! Blue Goat found it hard to adjust to city life and time away from the green slopes of Goatville and fell in to a life of booze and crime. 2 years past and the crime filled life started to catch up when mafia bosses Kris Mollett and the one they call "woo woo" put a price on his head. Bad Times! Dale Rufus Newbery and Steve Carwithen found Blue Goat lost and in need of direction, the duo decided to take him under their wings and put him back on the straight and narrow, in to a world of electro.............
